After hours, the same number is used for emergencies. If a tree has come down on a house, blocked a driveway or fallen across a road, please call rather than use the form. Routine tree trimming can wait for the form, but a storm emergency cannot.

What Should I Tell You When I Call?
Five pieces of information let us give you an accurate tree trimming price, and often save a second visit:
- Which tree needs attention, and roughly how tall it is compared with your house - Which part of Aurora the property is in, or which nearby community - What sits underneath the tree, such as a roof, driveway, fence or open lawn - What is wrong, in your own words, such as a dead branch, storm damage or a leaning trunk - How wide the access is, and whether a truck can turn around on the property
What Happens After I Get In Touch?
We arrange a time to visit and look at the tree in person before quoting any tree trimming. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation afterward.
You then receive a written tree trimming quote listing each tree, the work planned for it, where the branches and wood will go, and anything the price excludes. If something needs explaining further, please ask before you decide.
What If A Tree Is On A Hydro Line?
Please contact the utility before you contact us. A tree touching a live line is their responsibility until they have made it safe, and no tree trimming crew should begin work before that happens.
Until the utility has attended, stay away from anything the tree is touching, including fences, gates, vehicles and equipment. Once the line has been confirmed dead, we can begin.
